Massage Therapy supports your body, mind and spirit through this miraculous transitional time both during your pregnancy and after delivery.
We use a variety of healing modalities including traditional relaxation and trigger point therapy, The Abdominal Therapy Collective techniques, Shiatsu Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy to customize your treatment. We may use body cushions during your session to increase comfort for side lying, face down, or elevated back and head.
